1- I have received my parcel but I cannot find the Delivery Note.

 

The Delivery Note is attached to the package (box, letter.......), just detach the self-adhesive pocket

2- – I can find the product I want in the catalogue but not on the website.

 

- Did you search the complete site? If not, re-enter the description and select the  ”search complete site” option. If you find it, it means that it is not available from the online shop and must be ordered by telephone, call us on +33 (0) 437 496 496.

 

3- I do not know how to download the 3D CAD files from your site.

 

- Log in to the 3D CAD portal using the relevant tab or click on the 3D link that is present on every product page.  Click on the reference (e.g. P20-10) of the product you want to download the file for and then on “Generate CAD part”.  Your file will then be displayed in the “My Parts” window, click on the Download button to save the file to your computer.

6- I am not able to place an order.

 

- Is the value of your order less than the Minimum Order Value? The site will not accept an order with value less than 20 Euros

- Have you created your account? ( YOU tab /My account /Create my account). Once you have entered your email address and password, you will be able to confirm your order.

- Have you forgotten your password? Enter your email address in the relevant field in the “My account” page and click where indicated; your password will be sent you by email.

 

7- I need to send you some drawings so that you can send me a quotation.

8- I want to know if my order has been despatched.

 

- You can trace the status of your order via the “YOU” tab (Parcel tracking) or from your account page. Currently only parcels shipped via GLS can be tracked via our website.
